Postage Costs. All prices include FREE carriage directly to your door. We send UK delivery via Royal Mail ‘next day delivery’ and overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘internationally signed for’.

Privacy & Security

We do not share your personal details with third parties. We send promotional e-mails from time to time but we will remove your details from our database if you request this and you will receive no subsequent comminications from us.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not happy with the shoes, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Please include the order number and the request for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given less the original cost of postage. Postage costs on returning the shoes will be borne by the customer and the cost of any replacement shoes will also be charged.

If returning from outside the EU please write on the parcel and customs form ‘RETURN TO SUPPLIER – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’ – we do not accept parcels that have duty charged.

Customers are responsible for returning the shoes to us and paying the cost, we advise you return them via insured registered post and keep a proof of postage.

Shoes will not be accepted if returned to us with any signs of wear on the soles.


Shoes are normally despatched within 5 days. Should the shoes be out of stock we will advise via email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Ordering through our website and payment is secure and we use protective technology to keep your details safe. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers can be arranged on request (all charges for bank transfers will be the customers responsibility).
We do not charge for the shoes until they are ready for despatch.
